Old toys contribute to nostalgic encounters, the toy museum is therefore suitable for both old and young

Accessibility

The entire Stockholm Toy Museum is located on one level, without stairs or high thresholds. It is therefore possible to walk around the museum with a wheelchair, stroller or walker. However, there is gravel outside our entrance, and if you need help getting in, you are welcome to call us at 08-599 08 430, and we will come out to you!

Throughout the toy section of the museum there are benches to sit or stand on, if you need a little break. We also have a wheelchair at the entrance to borrow if needed.

For people with visual impairments, there are some places where you can touch toys, but most of our exhibits are behind glass for safety reasons.

The best parking is outside Moderna Museet, on the other side of the island, or outside Östasiatiska Museet, which is “above” us. From there, the shortest way to us is via a staircase.
If you are dropped off by car, taxi or transport service, our address is Svensksundsvägen 5.
