Visit the Stockholm Toy Museum
A visit to the Stockholm Toy Museum is an experience in itself. In the 2,500-square-meter museum, the aisles wind far into the mountain and create a magical atmosphere.
The perfect setting for the 40,000 objects, consisting of toys and comics, which, with the help of light, sound, set designers and artists, almost come to life.
Grandparents can see their favorite toys from the past, while grandchildren will find play areas and many of their own familiar toys.
The museum has room for both play and learning, making the Stockholm Toy Museum a popular destination for those looking for a fun children’s activity as well as for those looking for a bit of nostalgia in the middle of Stockholm city.
Guided tours of the collection are currently only available for pre-booked groups. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
We are usually open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as during Christmas holidays, sports holidays, summer holidays, reading holidays – simply when the children are off school. You can always find current opening hours and information on the page called Visit us.

By offering the largest collection of toys and comics in Northern Europe, we are building a meeting place for all ages.
